Dear Jelena, for some time now, dark clouds have been gathering over my sparkling starry sky. Everything became heavy and tragic, I had the feeling that I was at the end of my tether. As if by a miracle, you call it “fate”, I found my way to you. It was the best thing that had happened to me for a long time. After every treatment I feel better, freer and more balanced. I believe that everything is not so bad after all and every little bit of hope is a good thing. When I came to Jelena, she was my last hope. I had already tried various therapies, but they only brought improvement for a short time, if at all.
I was plagued by migraine headaches, stomach problems, dizziness and panic attacks and was trying to come to terms with my past. After the very first session, I noticed a small improvement and felt that something had changed. With her soothing voice and calm manner, I was able to engage with the treatments.
Now, after 4 sessions, I can only say that she can work small miracles? I am enjoying my life and am very grateful for every step I have taken in my life so far. I still have a lot of work to do, but with her help I can do it 1000%?

What does it mean to be a survivor of satanic and ritual abuse?
For me it means years of searching and researching for my self, experiencing a sense of wholeness of my dissociations, in peace, in tranquillity.
Who am I without programs of dissociation, self-destruction, the black swamp in my cells?
What is the light when the shadow of my self gives way?
After years of therapeutic stabilization, liberation from manifested structures and the knowledge of my true unfolding in my time, I started the journey to the Hunsrück to Jelena.
Who, if not you, can understand me and accompany my healing process?
Who, if not you, can stand firm when the black clouds of memory fill the room?
She can!
Fearlessly look at the darkness, hold it and dissolve it.
With her whole being, her wide infinite heart, her love, her connection to the universe, I was able to experience transformation.

Through your emotional intelligence and empathy, you reach me so deeply and pick me up exactly where I am at the moment. With your competent, sensitive questions, I was able to quickly develop a new feeling for myself. And you also brought me back to my strength and allowed me to regain my farsightedness. It’s a great skill of yours that you stick with me at the right moments and don’t let up until my inner knot is untied. But you also sense exactly where my boundaries are and respect them. This gives me a lot of security and I feel completely seen and understood by you.
From the very first second, Jelena radiates a calmness that immediately takes over. From the very beginning, after the first few sentences with her, I had a feeling of deep trust. This made the coaching with Jelena incredibly intense and I was able to let myself go completely. The world around us was simply silent and faded out. It was just the horse, Jelena and me.
Jelena gets to the heart of things and “probes” without putting too much pressure on you, you just open up automatically. I also LOVE her voice. 🙂 That may sound strange, but her voice alone conveys so much confidence and at the same time empathy and security that you can listen for hours. Through individual frequencies in the coaching with closed eyes, this was even more intensely perceptible. Overall, I am simply incredibly grateful to Jelena – for what she showed me about myself, what we worked on and simply that I was able to get to know her.

My mind cannot comprehend what exactly Jelena did. I only know that she managed to loosen deep-seated blockages in me through gentle bodywork. There was an issue inside me that, like an impenetrable fortress, had defied any approach through years of psychotherapy and coaching. Jelena managed to open the gate to this fortress a little in our very first session. And I am confident that I will be able to heal this issue completely for myself in one or two more sessions.
I am already looking forward to our next appointment.
