I am an expert in healing after emotional trauma and sexual and emotional abuse in childhood and adolescence and offer various therapy options.
My mission is to accompany those affected on their path to healing, to make this absolutely taboo subject more present and to create space in which people can exchange ideas, support each other and find new courage to face life.
Healing so that something wonderful, vibrant and new can emerge.

Dear Jelena, for some time now, dark clouds have been gathering over my sparkling starry sky. Everything became heavy and tragic, I had the feeling that I was at the end of my tether. As if by a miracle, you call it “fate”, I found my way to you. It was the best thing that had happened to me for a long time. After every treatment I feel better, freer and more balanced. I believe that everything is not so bad after all and every little bit of hope is a good thing. Now I feel that my dark clouds are slowly breaking up and the first little stars of hope are becoming visible again and are beginning to sparkle and shine.
You were my first star. Your open, honest, warm and trustworthy manner immediately made me feel at ease and in good hands. I am eternally grateful to you for accompanying me on my journey with so much dedication and for helping me to find my little stars again and let them shine once more.
When I came to Jelena, she was my last hope. I had already tried various therapies, but they only brought improvement for a short time, if at all.
I was plagued by migraine headaches, stomach problems, dizziness and panic attacks and was trying to come to terms with my past. After the very first session, I noticed a small improvement and felt that something had changed. With her soothing voice and calm manner, I was able to engage with the treatments.
Now, after 4 sessions, I can only say that she can work small miracles? I am enjoying my life and am very grateful for every step I have taken in my life so far. I still have a lot of work to do, but with her help I can do it 1000%?
