Booking, Payments & Refunds

  • All invoices are issued by Balance Business Academy and payments are processed securely via Ablefy.com.

  • Coaching sessions, workshops, and consulting appointments must be booked in advance through the Website or designated booking system.

  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • In case of no-shows, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Shadow to Light / Balance Business Academy will not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The services provided are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients remain fully responsible for their own health, decisions, and results.
